✨ Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of you receiving your package. This gives you time to properly inspect your gothic treasures and anime wonders.

🔮 Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original condition, unworn and unwashed
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

🦇 Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items from our collection:

  • Cosmetics (once opened or used)
  • Cosplay items that have been worn
  • Opened Collectables & Games
  • Any items from Cosmetic Brands that have been unsealed

  2. Fill Out Our Magical Form: Use the template below to ensure we have all the necessary information.
  3. Await Our Response: We’ll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
  4. Ship Your Items: Package your items securely and ship them to our address (we’ll provide this in our response).
  5. Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange.

💸 Refund Information

Once we receive your return, please allow:

  • 3-5 business days for us to process your return
  • 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the standard shipping cost to send your replacement items.

🚚 Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective item, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee we’ll receive untracked returns.

🎭 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (may it never happen with our carefully curated collections!), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
